The scenario replays a real event class: a turbine blade failure over water, debris in the sea, weather moving. You will watch the drift picture update as the scenario clock runs, the notifications go out against real deadlines, and the exercise record assemble itself while the team works, decision by decision, timestamped against what was known at the time.

Concretely, your screen shows what the room sees: the live drift map as it updates, the decision log growing entry by entry, and the notification clocks counting. No highlight reel, no cutting away.

At the end there is no promise of a write-up. The record is complete when the exercise ends, and we will show it to you whole.

• Real weather and real geography, pulled live. If conditions are boring, the exercise gets a boring day. That is the point.
• Misses stay in. If something does not work, you see it not work, and you watch how the record catches it.
• Questions from the stream are welcome mid-exercise. The hardest question at an exercise should come from a stranger.
• No attendee list is shown or shared. Watching is anonymous.

Our modeling is scored in public against real incidents, hits and misses both: the scorecard. The exercise is held to the same standard.
